Amiee Ball, a successful local marketer created a training program called Bossless Forever and that’s what I’ll be telling you about in this review so that you can understand what it’s about and decide whether the Bossless Forever opportunity is right for you or not.
Here’s what we’ll cover in this post:
- Who is Amiee Ball?
- What Bossless Forever teaches
- Why it’s legit and not a scam but not the easiest formula to follow
- Why I think the price could be a problem for the average person
- Reasons why I’m not a fan of the business model taught by Bossless Forever
- What I recommend as an alternative to Bossless Forever and why I believe it could be a better option for you.
A Quick Bossless Forever Review and Rating:
Bossless Forever is a course that will teach you all about local marketing which is the practice of getting leads for businesses.
You know when a company doesn’t really know how to use the internet to their best advantage in order to get more leads and customers though greater exposure? Well that’s where a local marketer comes in.

In Bossless Forever, you get trained to act as a middleman in the process between these businesses and their customers.
You will be searching for clients and arranging payment rates for your services.
The program itself can cost several thousand dollars according to some reports (although the price is kept hidden) and the actual business model isn’t that easy to succeed with, especially if you are a beginner, since you face competition with more experienced local marketers. Also, it can be stressful work in my opinion because your clients will chase you up frequently if you aren’t delivering constantly to meet expectations.
My Rating for Bossless Forever: 3.2 out of 5 Stars.
The Bossless Forever formula is definitely legit and the training is high quality. That’s why I wouldn’t tell people to stay away from it.
However, due to the high price tag, not to mention other marketing costs, and the particular challenges involved, I just think there’s better options out there for learning how to make money online and be your own boss.

Bossless Forever: Full Review
Let’s get this review going by explaining in detail how Amiee Ball teaches the local marketing and digital agency business model to her students through her course, Bossless Forever.
Before we jump in though, the method for making money online that I use and teach most of all is affiliate marketing using:
Blogging Strategies and YouTube Methods.
I put content out there online and people come to my business. Essentially, I leverage organic/free traffic from the web. At least, I focus mostly on free (unpaid for) traffic.
It takes time to build up a business using blogging and YouTube but it is far a more cost-efficient way to arrive at success online than so many other expensive methods (most of which are get-rich-quick schemes that don’t work).
If this business model already sounds more up your ally, then I encourage you to read my Top Recommendation Review.
About Amiee Ball
It is quite clear that Amiee Ball is a successful online businesswoman. She knows and teaches her stuff well.
She has two channels on YouTube but she doesn’t upload often. Her focus is more on operating as a digital agency manager.

She is not just the creator of Bossless Forever but also of other programs that she was successful with before coming up with Bossless Forever. These other programs are Tech Leverage and Calibr8 Technology.
While Bossless Forever is for local marketers and for those wanting to start a digital marketing agency, Calibr8 Technology is for small business owners and teaches them web consultancy which shows them how to market themselves and their products online.
The 5 Step Formula Taught by Amiee in Bossless Forever:

Here are the Five Steps taught in the program:
Step 1 – Niche Selection: Amiee teaches her students that need-based local businesses are the best ones to target.
Examples could include Laundromats, House Services, Pet Services, and basically the kind of businesses that people tend to call in to get a quote from.
Step 2 – Carry out Due Diligence: This step has to do with you researching business first and checking them out before you make any contact.
You are also taught to call the ones you are interested in, acting as if you’re a customer whereas in fact, you’ll be gathering information on the business such as how friendly and professional they are and whether they are the kind of business you think you could successfully gather leads for.
Another great strategy she teaches is how to get some leads for a company before you contact them with your business proposal.
She says in her experience, businesses usually hire you immediately when they see your value.
Step 3 – Traffic and Lead Generation: Amiee teaches her students to use a site called Weebly.com which is designed as a tool to capture leads. She says it is more efficient and less complicated or technical than most other lead generation methods.
Step 4 – Prospect for Clients: This is really just the process of negotiating with potential clients and bringing to their attention what specific things you can offer them to get them better exposure and thus more customers.
So, for example, let’s say they have a website but you know how it can be significantly improved. In that case, that is one service you could provide and negotiate a price for.
Or maybe they aren’t great at SEO, in which case you could help them get better ranking in search engines by offering to run their website for them.
Or perhaps they are running Facebook Ads or YouTube ads but not doing it properly. That could be a service you might be able to do better then they can and so they would have an incentive to hire you to run ad campaigns for them.
What you’re doing is establishing all the ways in which you could help that business and you’ll be charging them for each of your services.

Step 5 – Monetise Business Owners: Amiee does have some good ideas when it comes to the money strategy.
She says it works well if instead of charging say $10 per lead, you just charge the business a monthly steady rate. That way, they know what costs they have to deal with and you, the local marketer, get a steady income stream. And so everyone is happy.
Pricing for Bossless Forever
Unfortunately, Amiee doesn’t reveal the cost of Bossless Forever and gives various reasons for this such as that it changes and she wants to see who is a good client to take on by whether they are scared off by having to invest.

There are reports that say she charges $4,000 or you can pay by monthly installments of a few hundred p/m.
There are students who say the price is fair and well worth it in the long run. That’s to Amiee’s credit although, that high price tag is probably beyond most people’s reach.
With the program and formula I follow, you can learn local marketing and many other things for a Premium fee of only $49/month or you can go yearly and save. It also allows people to test-drive it for free for as long as they want and with no credit card required.
But you won’t only need to pay for the course itself if you go for the Bossless Forever opportunity; you’ll find that there will be various marketing costs on top of that as well.
Is Bossless Forever a Scam?
No, it’s not. Not telling people the price does seem dodgy enough in my opinion, but the Bossless Forever program definitely teaches a legit business model and features video lessons and other tools to teach people the A to Z of local marketing and how to start a digital agency.
It is made by someone who is successful herself with what she is teaching and it can and does help people make money online by actually helping businesses.
What I Like About Bossless Forever:
I’d have to say I like that it is:
- A comprehensive course
- Made by someone who is proficient in local marketing and has produced other programs that are parent programs of Bossless Forever.
- It’s an ethical and legit business model (not a get-rich-quick scheme)
What I Don’t Like:
What I don’t like about Bossless Forever is:
- The high price for membership (plus the fact that Amiee avoids disclosing what the price is)
- The business model, although legit, is challenging, especially for beginners due to competition and lack of experience and comes with many stresses in my opinion
Why I Prefer Affiliate Marketing to Local Marketing
I’ve spoken about what I consider to be the good and the bad when it comes to Bossless Forever.
Now I want to summerise the reasons I prefer the affiliate marketing formula using SEO to local marketing.
Firstly…
Problems I see with being a local marketer:
Here it it: with local marketing you could face a LOT of competition as a beginner because there are many other people who are also approaching local businesses and if they’ve got the experience that you currently can’t show that you have, then your competitors are more likely to get hired than you.
Also, there are a LOT of stresses that come with working for someone else. You might indeed be bossless, but you still aren’t as free as you could be if you were running your own website and being fully your own boss. The reason why you are less free as a local marketer is that you are always going to be worrying about keeping up in your efforts to preform well for the business that is investing money into you. Plus, there’s just a lot of technical things to stay on top of, all while under time pressure. And honestly, that can bring on a lot of stress, especially if something suddenly starts to go wrong and you’re not entirely sure what the best thing to do about it is.
Why I prefer Affiliate Marketing:
I have more peace doing affiliate marketing. I only have to answer to me. I only worry if traffic to my business starts to go down but I don’t have to worry about being chased up by customers or people above me who I work for.
The business really is all mine and my sole focus can be on learning, researching and above all, content creation.
As an affiliate, I don’t have to worry about shipments, inventory, companies or customer service. I just focus on driving targeted traffic to offers that help people out.
It can even be a much more enjoyable business model if you are following the 4 Step Formula that they teach over at Wealthy Affiliate:
- Choose a niche (ideally one you are passionate about)
- Build a website
- Attract organic traffic
- Make money
I hope this review of Bossless Forever has been informative and enabled you to decide if it is right for you or not.
