He is an expert in SEO and other things digital marketing related. Overall, I trust him which is more that can be said for so many other MMO program creators out there. I think he is genuine and really wants to help people. His content on YouTube makes a lot of sense and he doesn’t spout get-rich-quick nonsense which is definitely another huge plus for me.
His following on YouTube is over 400,000 which is impressive. He teaches things like making money as an affiliate through blogging and other legit strategies. He has also created other programs that seem to be ethical and helpful.

You can purchase Jet Video Academy for $497 but discounted rates are also a possibility. I’ve learned that you can buy it through affiliate links for as little as $77 and that over time, it’s possible that the standard price changes.
So is it Legit or a Scam?
Don’t worry, you’re safe with this one. While it’s always good to question the legitimacy of programs that promise to help you make money, this one isn’t trying to scam you. I have a lot of respect for Greg Kononenko and I know he does very well with YouTube himself. It only makes sense to conclude that there is good value in his course.
However, some have said that it isn’t necessary and shouldn’t have the price tag that it does because the information given can be learned on YouTube itself and Google for free.
It’s a fair comment to some degree although I still say there is value in the course because it is a structured, systematic program that takes you all the way from basic to advanced in the skills and methods that can be used to get the most money out of your YouTube channel.
What I Like About this Course
While I’m mostly a blogger, I love the idea of being able to do YouTube correctly and get money from it. In fact, I have two channels on YouTube, both in different niches and I’ve made money from one of them with affiliate marketing, but not much I must confess.
Really, you can’t beat just sitting down and learning from a good old expert just how HE does things, what YOUR channel is lacking and how to up your game based on the information you receive.
I know for a fact that this course, Jet Video Academy has a LOT to teach people, even those who kinda know what they’re doing and those who think they know what they’re doing but could really be doing WAY better. For example, there are so many small little tricks that really can make all the difference, such as always having a pinned comment which includes an affiliate link. That can go a long way on any video that gets a good bit of traffic but I’ve even made money with this method with very small viewership. (I can’t prove the person didn’t click on the affiliate link in the description box). Point is, the pinned comment might be easier to click and/or notice than the link you have in your description box and it’s just a simple but effective strategy. Other small but highly useful tips you can get from studying people who are experts or following a legit course is things like saying what your video is going to be about and having this information also in the title, description and tags.
When you say something on YouTube, it reads what you say. Ever wondered what those little dots at the corner below a vido were about? Look, here’s one of their features:
Yep. It says Show transcript. This means that YouTube reads everything you say and if you start a video well and summarise what it’s going to be about, this helps your ranking!

Are There Any Drawbacks?
Not really. I mean the price is a bit scary, I’ll admit that. But hey a man get’s to charge what he deems to be a fair price if he’s going to dedicate a lot of time, energy and resources to teach people something of significant value. And hey, if you do well with your YouTube channel as a result of the training you get inside the course, you’ll be making your money back soon enough anyway.
I don’t think the fact that you can dig around the internet and find the same information to be a very convincing objection against the program. This is a carefully structured course produced by experts in the field. Having everything you need in one place, plus step-by-step guidance isn’t nothing. That said, you may not technically need this course if you are already pretty savvy and good at getting the information you need from the web.
My Conclusion
Okay, that about wraps it up. I think Jet Video Academy is legit and has plenty of value in it, so I would recommend it to anyone who is serious about improving their YouTube channel and making good money from it.
